We offer a Foundations for Effective Ministry to Youth & Adolescents training seminar that we have taught in a number of different countries around the world. We focus these trainings in places where youth ministry is in its beginning stages.
Youth Leadership training projects are available for youth pastors that would like to learn about cross-cultural youth ministry as well as impact youth leaders through a cross-cultural teaching experience. If you are interested in being a part of one of these projects please contact us.

Our hope is that there will be many different churches represented. This project will help NMSI missionaries New and Jaime Ratanapamonsook as they are developing youth ministry in the area. We will also visit a village in the mountains to learn about the rural youth culture and put on a youth event in partnership with the churches there.
Past Projects:
Tegucigalpa – Oct. 09
Ryan Russell , director of training and networking, led a team of youthHOPE volunteers to Tegucigalpa, Honduras from October 19th-26th. The six youth leaders went with the purpose of putting on a youth pastor training conference as well as help the staff of a child and youth outreach center better understand how to minister to the holistic needs of youth in their community. Due to the political unrest in Honduras, many teams and conferences had been canceled over the past several months. We were told that just the arrival of our team brought a lot of hope.
Pignon, Haiti – Feb. 09
The last two weeks in February, team members of youthHOPE, Adam Griffith, Kristy Peebles, Ryan Russell and Sarah Waddell, along with three youth pastors from SW Florida, served in the country of Haiti. The team worked with NMSI missionary Mioche Rock, whose ministry in Haiti provided the perfect venue for a youth conference for more than 100 youth and adolescents from the town of Pignon and a three-day youth ministry leadership training seminar, where forty youth workers attended.
