YouthHOPE’s Vision
Our lives, the YouthHOPE team members, were transformed as youth. During those most formative years someone invested in us, and now we desire to reinvest in others. We focus on youth because of that and because pragmatically we feel it has the best return on investment. Nine out of ten people around the world that make a decision to follow Christ do so before the age of 17. They are making the most important decisions of their lives. Why shouldn’t the church be heavily involved in those critical years? It is unfortunate that historically missions and missionaries have focused predominately on either children or adults. Our call is to shift that focus.
